Andy Todd writes that "Rob has an uncanny ability to lead his fellow teammates during good times and bad. Rob takes great pride in calling himself a student-athlete. The effort that he shows in the classroom can also be seen in every aspect of his life. Rob is a captain on out football team, but more importantly he is a leader in the hallways of Hillcrest HS."
