"Eugene has been a very quiet member of the OPW football team. He has not won many individual awards. Not only has he been an outstanding student-athlete, but he as been an even more remarkable artist. Eugene is the Talented Visual Arts class. With this, he has entered and won several contest around the city for local art students. He has had 25 copies of his winning print available for sale. The principal actually purchased one for display at the school. Eugene has a rewarding future ahead of him," writes his Academic Coach Sheryl Eaglin.
